About

Born and raised in Mexico City, he began exploring photography as a teenager with a 35mm film camera his father lent him—one he had owned since his own youth.
From that moment, he knew he would dedicate his life to a creative and artistic path. For a long time, he believed that path was music, unaware that his true artistic vocation lay in the visual arts.

He spent part of his early adulthood uncertain about which direction to take, until, in his early twenties, he decided to enroll in film school, initially with the intention of pursuing a career in sound design. However, from his very first classes, he realized that cinematography was his true calling. He allowed himself to be fully absorbed by the power of visual storytelling.

Throughout his journey, he has had the opportunity to learn from renowned mentors and study at prestigious institutions. He has also participated in artist residencies in Italy and Spain—the latter guided by Werner Herzog and Peter Zeitlinger.

Although cinema remains his primary focus, in recent years he has also found success in commercial work, collaborating with brands such as H&M, L’Oréal, Nestlé, IHOP, and Movistar.

His passion for image-making is evident on every set, where he fosters a calm and creative atmosphere, putting everyone at ease while remaining fully engaged in the artistic process.
